- at 6 a.m., i went from rodelsa rotunda to kiosko kagawasan for a hataw in connection with World Health Day 

- at 10 a.m., i went to marigold hotel for a presscon in connection with World Health Day 

- at 4 p.m., i went to SM to view a photo exhibit on cdo poi fire dancers - mindanao goldstar daily sports editor orwin austria and i then had dinner @ teriyaki boy
