- at 9 a.m., i went to XULT for a lecture on indie filmmaking

- at 9:45 a.m., i went to mt. carmel church, carmen for the visit of PGMA to distribute relief goods to the flash flood victims

- then the convoy went to join PGMA in inspecting the newly-built puntod-kauswagan bridge

- then the convoy went to DILG for a meeting with the regional disaster coordinating council
